Early access

Choose the right route for your question.

Start with the inbox that matches your need.

Dedicated addresses can be configured in the WordPress Customizer. Until then, every route safely falls back to the administrator email.

Before you send

Share context—not secrets.

Include versions, operating system, command name, doctor/readiness output, safe error codes, and a concise reproduction. Redact client domains or paths when they are not relevant.

Response guidance

Response times are not guaranteed during Early access. Security reports should include a safe reproduction and the potential impact; avoid testing against systems you do not own or control.
