Early access support

Start with documentation. Email us when context matters.

Product support

Ask about current CLI primitives, manifest validation, admin key management, theme allowlisting, runtime/readiness capabilities, doctor, or Early access product scope.

Email support

Security disclosure

Report vulnerabilities privately through the dedicated security route rather than a general product thread.

Useful diagnostics

Share enough context to reproduce the issue safely.

A concise, redacted report is more useful than a full project archive. Response times and service levels are not guaranteed during Early access.

Helpful context

  • CLI and plugin version
  • WordPress, PHP, Node.js, and operating-system versions
  • Command name, doctor/readiness output, and safe error code/message
  • Minimal reproduction with sensitive paths and domains redacted

Do not email secrets or production data.

Never send private signing keys, passwords, application credentials, database exports, or production theme packages through ordinary email. Security support may provide a separate secure route when material is genuinely required.
